The delivery of the orders using UkrPoshta or Nova Poshta companies is paid by the customers according to the delivery rates of the chosen delivery company when customer receives the order.
If the amount for your order exceeds 800 UAH we deliver it for free to the chosen Nova Poshta branch.
Payments
You may pay for your order by bank transfer of the funds to the Privatbank account. When making your order please select the payment type as "Bank Transfer" and transfer the amount for your order to the account using the specified IBAN.
Returns
According to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine #172 from 19.03.1994 sold books are not eligible for returns.
On our end we check all the books arriving to our warehouse to validate they are of high quality and we dedicate our utmost efforts to ensure you will be satisfied with your fulfilled orders and receive high quality books.
In case you are not satisfied with the quality of the book you received with your order we are ready to exchange it.
